Judgement or Justice?

A certain native tree,

In a far and exotic land,

Blossoms into flower,

Exuberant of sweetest fragrance,

Inviting birds to sing.

But as seasons change,

So does the tree,

When blossoms become berries,

Too lovely to look at,

Too tempting to touch.

Could it be,

That this tree,

Bears bitter fruit,

Too poisonous to eat?
